When I saw your videos on Youtube, they were so great! I went to Barnes and Noble and purchased your book and have been so happy I did. I spend tons on groceries each week, and although I can afford it, I'm looking for ways to cut back and also eat healthy. I shop at Whole Foods and Trader Joe's and your recipes are just as healthy if not healthier, when you make them from scratch and because the ingredients are veggies, etc. Also, doing the math in my head, I can see my grocery bill going down. And, more importantly, these recipes are easy and taste great! I know I will be using these for the rest of my life. Thank you SO MUCH for sharing your recipes with everyone. You are an amazing grandmother.

I just discovered you, Clara. I like your point of "don't wish for too much" in your answering questions video. Very pointed in our current economic condition. I've watched several of your videos a few times now. I'm going try your recipes and I'm going to buy your book. I love all the stories you share. I have this image of you roller skating everywhere!
