Interestingly enough, this is the first time that I have visisted your site, and my boys (who are 5 and 2) love couscous. So...perfect timing! The stars must have aligned. :) The only con to couscous is the cleanup. Very sticky (but does not like to stick to the rag or paper towel), and very easy to relocate with lil'ones. Cheers, and I look forward to learning many new 'tricks of the trade'. Thank you.
